RETURN POLICIES

1. For purchased paintings of acrylic or oil on canvas: 

Linda Bailey Art wants you to be 100% satisfied with any piece of artwork you purchase. If for any reason you aren’t completely happy with your selection, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment. Linda Bailey Art will refund the full purchase price of the painting, including shipping fees. You also have the option to exchange your artwork selection for another piece of the same value within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment.

Linda Bailey Art reserves the right to not accept an order. Funds paid for any non-accepted order will be immediately refunded.

2. For purchased Digital Downloads:

Linda Bailey Art adheres to the industry standard that digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you have technical difficulties with your digital downloads, please reach out to Linda@LindaBaileyArt.com and I will help you.  Digital downloads are for your own personal use. You agree to never use one of my digital downloads for commercial use.

SHIPPING POLICIES

1. For purchased paintings of acrylic or oil on canvas:

Linda Bailey Art will ship any and all artwork for no additional cost within the continental U.S.  Paintings are shipped within 3 business days of payment, and are shipped via USPS, UPS or freight depending on the size of the painting. Shipments usually take about 3 to 5 days to reach the customer. 

2. For purchased Digital Downloads:

Linda Bailey Art does not ship anything to customers when they purchase a digital download. 

Instructions for downloading the digital item are included in each item description and are as follows: This is an INSTANT DOWNLOAD DIGITAL FILE ONLY. NO PHYSICAL PRINT, NO FRAME/MAT will be shipped to you. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to Linda@LindaBaileyArt.com and I will help you. The best part about instant downloads is you don't have to wait for the product to be shipped. You can instantly print your file on a home printer, at a local print shop or through the many online printing services available on the web.  

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR DOWNLOAD:

You will receive 1 JPG 300 DPI file for an 8" x 10" print.
